Tom Dudley

Chief Executive Officer

Tom Dudley is an accomplished healthcare executive. His background includes board experience and significant physician practice management (PPM) expertise with Private Equity backed healthcare portfolio companies, with a particular focus in Eye Care.  In addition, Tom has led private practices, academic practices and has deep operating experience operating a division within an award-winning, publicly traded Fortune 200 multisite healthcare company.

Most recently, Tom was CEO of Pinnacle GI Partners, a leading gastroenterology practice in the Midwest.  He has also held senior positions at Precision Lens, US Renal Care, American Vision Partners, and Davita Kidney Care.

Tom has spent 17 of the last 25 years in ophthalmology and optometry. As the son of an ophthalmologist, he started his career in ophthalmology doing clinical research. Tom then worked with his dad and partners for 13 years, helping build a successful ophthalmology practice in the Midwest before taking a role with Davita.

Tom and his wife Marne have 4 wonderful children and 3 awesome dogs. Outside of work, Tom is dedicated to his family, land conservation, fishing, and hunting.
